StringPad
Pads a string to a given length.

Description
If s
is a string of length greater than or equal to n
, then StringPad(s, n, al, c)
returns s
unaltered. If the length of s
is less than n
, however, the result is a string of length exactly n
which contains s
at the beginning, centre, or the end, if al
is "l"
, "c"
, or "r"
, respectively. The remaining characters of the result are filled with c
. If omitted, al
defaults to "l"
and c
to chr(32)
(space).
