Property stores

A property store is a system that accept textual queries and replies with objects. A valid input is called a property and the returned object is the value of the property.

If a is the name of a property store and b a property, then property("a.b") returns the value of the property b in a.

The following property stores are available:

• os: Gives information about the operating system.

• kernel: Gives information about the Algosim kernel used by the current session.

• session: Gives information about the current Algosim session.

• FrontEnd: Gives information about the current Algosim front end.
