The direct sum of a sequence of matrices.

Description
If A, B, ... is a sequence of matrices, then A ⊕ B ⊕ ··· returns the block diagonal matrix having A, B, ... on the diagonal.
Notes
The n-ary ⊕ operator is implemented by DirectSum.
